I am very satisfied with the easy handling. I wanted to install a Blink XT2 camera on my vinyl fairing but was trying not to poke holes in my fairing or rely on duct tape that could break on the road or be difficult to move if I decide to move the camera in a new location to try. After some research I found these hooks and am happy with them so far! In my photos you can see the unpacking of the product. The only downside to these hooks is that the screw hole is not the same diameter as the screws that came with my Blink XT2 camera. These hooks come with their own screws, but the screws are not as long as the ones that come with the camera (in the attached photos, the Blink XT2 screws on the left are longer and the hook screws on the right are shorter). The shorter screws aren't long enough to accommodate a camera mount spacer, which gives you a little more room on the mounting surface and makes it easier to rotate the camera to any orientation you want. That being said, I still didn't need a gasket during installation. Can't comment on the quality of the metal of the hooks themselves as I've only had them for a few days, but they were incredibly light. for installation on vinyl siding. If you watch the video I've attached you can see that they snap nicely into the siding and are snug when put on. It gives me a lot more confidence than trying to pick up the camera. By installing the hooks and screwing the camera onto the hooks, I was able to detach the hooks from the siding in seconds when I wanted to move the camera to a new location. This made installation easy and allowed me to quickly try different locations until I found the perfect spot to mount my camera. Overall I'm very happy with these hooks and would definitely recommend them if you're looking to mount Blink XT2. Camera to your vinyl siding!
