I ordered a hair dryer and a volume brush, a ceramic coated hot air brush with an ION generator, a hair dryer brush for long hair, hoping that it would save me time and add volume. The product arrived exactly as pictured and there were a few extras in the box (hair tie, cleaning tool, etc.). This brush works perfectly for blowing hot air through it like a hair dryer. Unfortunately, the handling is too cumbersome for me personally. The grip is wide, I mean. it's ridiculous - like the size of my hand and I can barely hold it. Not only that, I found that touching my hair with a hair dryer was incredibly uncomfortable for me. Anyone who has ever had long hair caught in the air intake of a hair dryer knows that this is an absolute disaster. This hasn't happened to me using this brush, but it blows my super long hair in all directions and I just don't feel like I have the control I want with this brush. compared to a hair dryer that I can keep off my head. I'm just too scared of my hair getting sucked into the air intake and burned to pieces. I also don't get my hair very straight when I blow dry it because of the airflow in all directions. I'm just uncomfortable. I think overall if you have shorter hair and are looking for a time saving solution this can be really great if you don't mind a spring loaded handle. It works as advertised and it's a nice machine with lots of little extras. It's just not for me.
