Soft, stretchy, thin, t-shirt-like material with no ribs. I bought these because my 3 year old doesn't like itchy tags and I wanted something to tuck under my sweatshirt. There is no label or inscription on the neck. However, there is a large sewn-in label on the side which continues to itch even after cutting out as some of it remains in the seam. No tags should mean no tags anywhere, but printed information inside is allowed.
