the phone kept turning on by itself. It was a replacement because the first phone's display didn't work. Revain tech support was very quick to send out a replacement using Prime. I'm sending it back for a refund even though the sound was clear. Some customers have said that this isn't noise-cancelling like an office phone. I found a corded phone for $2 at a dollar store.
