I bought 2 sets of shelves from this brand. They both work as advertised and I've found them to be more durable than the typical wire shelving you get at big department stores. Another neat thing is that it expands to fit in your closet. I've read that some people say they had to put glue on the grooves to hold the bars. The only thing I will say is that I inserted the smaller end of the tubing first, then the larger end. I think if you insert the larger ends first some may find it difficult to fully insert the smaller end due to the way it slides. I've done them both ways and had no problems. Also, I want to say don't try to hammer anchors into drywall. Nice and easy way. When you get up, you get durable functional shelves. The first set I received was perfect and went up exactly as the instructions said. That being said I ordered this set as I wanted a second shorter shelf as I have 3 little girls. I placed it halfway down the length of the closet to accommodate longer coats. I had a problem with the second set and was a bit disappointed. However, everything changed when the seller contacted me personally and solved the problem beyond my satisfaction. In short, you get a quality product backed by the company behind their product. This is very important to me.
