Wish they came with a bodysuit so they can be worn. Overall I feel they offer great ab and back compression (I bought back and ab boards). I was glad I had a spandex jumpsuit to hold her in. I also used some large (6 inch wide) Ace bandages to help with compression and keep the pads in place. Overall they weren't very expensive, they are very comfortable to wear and I find they really help. A simple purchase that will go a long way, especially for a speedy post-surgery recovery!
