I was glad to open the product. I connected it to my Xbox and started playing. The sound quality was amazing. My son agreed and we started playing together. The microphone didn't work. After a few steps to get the mic working we can play again. After a few minutes, the noise will start to go away. When my son and I spoke to each other, it sounded like a distorted robot. Eventually it went away, but kept coming back. The next day we put it back in, the mic didn't work. This time the audio dropped out very frequently and we tried a hard reset. It didn't work so we went back to our cheap turtle beach headphones.
