I had previous compression girdle that was made with something like latex/ rubber, had under-wiring to create vertical ribs and held together by hooks and that worked really well for my needs. This one did not, it is nothing more than a glorified elastic band but more like cloth elastic. it would work well if you only have a bit of bloating to compress. Put simply, if you have a body type close to the guy modelling it.
