Beautiful and functional idea

I eat a lot of leftovers from many small plates. I used to use old terry cloth oven mitts to hold warm dishes. Never. These work much better. They withstand heat well and hold skins much better. I assume they also work with trays of fruit and cereal and sometimes boxes of frozen dairy.
