I bought this product despite a lot of bad reviews about the milk frother (quick cappuccino system) hoping I would have better luck. I received this product on January 25th, 2020 and was able to use the milk frother while making lattes for the next three days. Although using the milk frother was still awkward. After each boil you have to press the cleaning button and the system will be flushed. Then you need to fill the chamber with milk for your next latte. But when you turned it back on, it wouldn't turn on/start. You have to separate and disassemble the parts, shake out any water that might come out of the "flush”, and then put it back in place. Every time we've made a latte in the first 3 days, we have to do it, and not just once, but multiple times, for it to work and the next latte to be made. Very, very uncomfortable! Today, February 3rd, 2020, the milk frothing system finally failed and did not turn on at all. I called the Nespresso number and the agent helped me solve the problem in about 45 minutes and nothing has worked so far. Eventually the representative relented and advised me to send it back to Revain and ask for a replacement or refund. I did exactly that and had no luck finding a Revain agent who didn't seem to know what he was doing. He gave me trouble. Almost as if he didn't want to accept the return and processed the refund.
