I'm a nurse and I share my locker with another nurse. I have before and after photos of this product and it helped me a lot to reorganize our locker and common room. We used to stack our stuff on top of each other, now we have a great way to separate our bags and street clothes that we change before our shift. Because I'm a lot taller, I put my stuff on the top shelf and my locker buddy nails his stuff under mine. Love the divider and that some of the sides of the hanging cabinet have strong magnets that keep the organizer in place. The holes appear to have been made specifically for the hooks in my locker. The top shelf is strong enough to hold my clothes, documents, file folders, and notepads. Definitely recommend!
