So, a quick background that might help you all understand who this works for. I have an Optilex 9020 with Windows 10 Pro. The system has a PCI port that has been empty for some time. Having just added an additional SSD, I decided to use this product to add my two old hard drives to my system. After installing and starting my system, the two hard drives connected to the device were not recognized directly. I had to go to control panel -> device manager -> storage controllers -> find raid controllers -> right click and select update driver. And then I asked Windows to search the internet for drivers. And the Windows 10 update service started, found and installed the right drivers (never worked for me). Anyway, I did a quick reboot after installing the drivers for good measure and viola! My two hard drives connected to the card were now visible in this PC. A driver CD is included with the device. The problem with this is that there are many drivers for it and the correct drivers have not been identified. For reference, this is Silicon Image Sil3114. I would stick with the update method I suggested and let Windows take care of it.
