I don't think I could choose a better backpack to upgrade after having the same Jansport backpack for over 5 years. This backpack is waterproof as advertised and has enough space for a 17" laptop and 4 (maybe up to 5) 500 page textbooks as well as three of my laptops. Smaller compartments offer even more space for pens, pencils, tablets, etc. As a student on a large campus, I have to walk several miles a day to get to and from classes, so comfort is a big concern for me. The lining on the back of this backpack is comfortable and allows exceptional airflow to my back so it doesn't sweat on top of the pack due to the closeness (like some other backpacks). Nylon holsters on the side are very stretchy and will fit almost any beverage container (provided the container isn't exceptionally wide). Aside from the backpack as a product, the sellers themselves have been phenomenal in communicating with me about the status of my order. I bought the backpack on August 29th and Amazon estimated delivery around September 2nd. The seller contacted me with shipping information and backpack arrival time as well as a delivery confirmation email from Revain. The backpack arrived on August 31st (and I'm not one of the main contributors) so I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery. The seller then contacted me today and asked how I liked my backpack and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The backpack is high quality and the customer service from the company behind it is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this backpack and will definitely be buying from this company again. UPDATE (APRIL 2017): I had an issue with the backpack's zip lining, but after contacting support, my issue was resolved quickly and thoroughly. If it wasn't for the backpack itself I would also recommend this backpack for the support staff behind it.
