What my wife likes best about this basket is that it has a bit of style. Basically, she wants every item in our house to have a decorative touch that our previous baskets didn't have. The basket is well made, but the side walls are a bit thin. If you have kids playing around the house I'm not sure this basket will survive - either the walls will crack or the pole will bend. The handles are comfortable and last a long time, but be aware that you're basically pressing your hand against the metal bar that lines the top edge of the basket. It's not uncomfortable, but it's not comfortable either. When it comes to folding the basket, we actually keep the basket unfolded all the time since it's in constant use. During testing, however, I found the folding/unfolding a bit annoying. This process could be made much easier (for example, could the tab on the bottom of the bars be used when folding?). However, despite my minor complaints, I give this one a four out of five because the price is reasonable, it does its job very well, and there's a bit of style in the basket.
