I wish this item had an affordable wardrobe basic because I was having trouble figuring out what size would fit me. I ordered a medium pink plaid style but received what looked more like a large and didn't fit me quite as I expected. It was longer than I wanted. This time I ordered a size 1314 in red check and it would fit if it had a zip. I think I could just sew in the zipper because that's exactly the size I want, I just have to put it on my hips. In general, the skirt is very comfortable and beautiful! When ordering I would not increase the size. The elastic can sag, so you should choose a size that uses the elastic as much as possible!
