Very good fit. If you tighten the screws all the way, they don't turn like they should, so just push them back a little and they turn fine. They will be reusing the factory bolts but with new metal and plastic washers so it's not my fault. What I noticed is that they are slightly longer than the factory. The tailgate doesn't touch the bumper in the down position, but it's not level either, which is a bit awkward. Generally they are good replacements but I will buy OEM if I need a different set just for these small differences. Note that my truck is a 2006 Tundra Double Cab Limited.
