I also have a Travelpro 25" spinner for international travel (love it) and a Marquis 21" for carry-on (almost love it - just reviewed) so this is the third installment. It holds a ton of stuff - my laptop, books, electronics, groceries, water, etc - and still has room. Yes, it fits easily under the seat and allows easy access to everything inside. Padded shoulder straps and durable construction. I assume it will hold up well.
