Please don’t mail this hat in a bag.

This hat is wonderful except for the fact that they refuse to mail the hat Inca box instead of a plastic bag. The sides first hat I received were completely turned up. I put heavy books around the sides of the hat for a week and they never turned down, so I returned it and asked them to send another hat in a box. The second hat also came in a bag. I put heavier books on the rim of the hat for a week and figured it was good enough since summer is coming to an end soon. I would love to order another color but it’s not worth the time to fix it.
