No reviews yet when I bought this 4 weeks ago but other Mosiso products had good reviews and other new MacBook Pro cases didn't get good reviews so I thought it was worth it. risk it. I must have received an early production sample as it didn't come with a cleaning cloth or screen protector but a quick email to Mosiso (via Revain) and they apologized for the missing parts and sent a new case which I received here at inside 2 days. Excellent customer care. My first impression was that it wasn't as durable as the Speck case I had for an older MacBook Pro (which also cost twice as much), and it didn't fit, but I think it does. It has more to do with the size and shape of the new MacBook Pro than anything else: there's just nothing to pinch on the back of the lid. But it doesn't come loose, it just hangs around the connectors a bit. It also doesn't add weight to a new computer (which you can't say about the Speck) and has good rubber feet to keep the computer from sliding around. It even came with a spare leg insert (which will likely get lost). The vents on the bottom and sides work well enough to keep the computer from overheating and work with feet that keep the computer slightly further from the tabletop than the factory feet. The lid gives the space gray MacBook Pro a nice shine, although it does show some scratches from normal use. I'm sure all cases will get scratched, it's just more noticeable on a clear glossy case. There are no instructions for the case, but there are installation instructions on this website. Quite easy. Start at the back, pull forward and snap into place. In general, I am very satisfied with the cover/case for the new computer. I'm not sure if it offers the same drop protection as the Speck case, but it keeps my new computer nice and shiny, doesn't add any weight or bulk to the computer, and seems to make the computer more stable on a table surface, for example (it does not want to roll on smooth surfaces). I would definitely buy it again.
