We are satisfied with this table. It fits well in a space where we need something practical. The measurements provided by the manufacturer are correct, the color may be a little darker than the photo and it is well made for a relatively cheap piece of furniture. It feels solid. Yes, the manufacturer's attempt to give an "aged" antique look was not crowned with unqualified success. As another reviewer mentioned, part of this design idea was to punch some random shallow holes in the top (presumably to mimic worm-eaten wood?). I have never seen such clean and tidy worms that leave perfectly round holes. Other than that, I don't particularly like this weirdness, although I took a star off for being so stupid. There are already the usual couch disputes on the table, that was the crux of the matter. But if these holes hurt your aesthetic sense, ignore this chart. The item was VERY well packaged in double-thick cardboard and was easy to assemble; It took about 20 minutes and the instructions were short but clear. (NOTE: Follow the order in which the legs are installed so that the bottom shelf can be installed between them.) The entire top comes fully assembled, including the large drawer, eliminating the need to install drawer slides like other furniture. from a venerable Swedish manufacturer. That saves a lot of time. There are few details: top, shelf, four legs and 12 long studs that line up exactly with the pre-drilled holes in the legs and bottom shelf. A fairly long Allen key is included in the scope of delivery. It doesn't get much easier. Pros: Looks and feels solid. Easy construction. The box is already installed. Cons: Doesn't really need small holes in the top for a problematic look. doesn't cover the last 1/8 inch or so without a little extra pressure.
