I love this technology. It's great for videos or podcasts. For music/movies I use my normal headphones. The bass is bone-crushing and annoying. The battery life is fantastic, I can easily use it for an 8 hour shift. They allow me to listen to my radio and to hear colleagues who need my attention. They tire the backs of your ears after about 6 hours, but nothing serious and not as bad as the cauliflower ear you get from regular headphones after a few hours. I recommend them for everything but music, but I'm picky about that.
