The goods are fine, the packaging was missing
The hangers themselves work as expected. Not all rubber caps stay, but I can live with that. The hangers were boxed by size but the caps and hooks were in a small unsealed box. If it had been opened in transit (and it wasn't a very tight box so it could easily have happened) all of its contents would have been lost.
