The support team was very helpful when I needed it most! They were always quick to respond with any questions or issues that came up during my project implementation process. It's hard for me personally because we are located in different time zones (Asia/Eastern) but they made sure everything ran smoothly from beginning-to-end so there wasn't much downtime at all while working through our integration between two separate platforms. Great experience overall - great people who work here as well!! Would definitely recommend them if you need help implementing your CRM solution within one platform versus using 2 disparate systems separately like myself before this engagement began. We had some initial challenges getting things set-up properly due to differences across the data structures being used by each system; however once those got figured out their customer service has been excellent throughout every step along way including post go live assistance after launch day. Also helped us understand how best to use.
