Review on Sweese Porcelain Butter Keeper Crock: 🧈 The Essential Tool for Fresh and Spreadable Butter by Andrew Schobinger

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Now how many of you knew about this and why didn't you tell me?

So I'm watching how to make butter in a food processor on YouTube (apparently that's one thing) and this woman pulls out this little gimmick and mentions keeping the butter fresh and soft on the countertop a food processor If you put oil in a bell of a piece of jewellery. And the basic style of shard jewelry has been around since the 17th century. So now my homemade oil hangs from my 17th century engineered clay trinket. The oil stored in the refrigerator is as hard as a stone, but the oil in the jar is as smooth as . . . butter.Sweese comes in many beautiful colors. I chose white because it matches my white and bamboo kitchenware. I went back and bought a second Sweese for unsalted butter. The only thing you need to know about the product is that when you pull the bell up, the oil is sucked out of the cup. Tilt the cup sideways to break the water seal so you don't get laughed at by a spouse who thinks it's okay to bully someone after eating their homemade butter on homemade bread with homemade jam. I threatened to butter it with #*&$ and call it a cookie - I think YouTube has info on how to do that too. Cookies, not #*&$.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Legacy model
