I took a chance and ordered two hats with no reviews so didn't know what to expect. As soon as I received them I immediately checked them by putting our cell phones aside and was never able to receive calls. So I have to say they work. Now for the sizes, I have both adult sizes. They are a decent length and can be folded to fit over your ears. I'm almost normal height, but my husband has a bigger head than me. Mine was a bit tight and he had to stretch his a bit and then tighten it. He likes it. After sleeping with it on, it didn't slip off when he tossed it back and forth, so I think I like how it fits a little. It lasted 2 days of wearing, stretched a little and fit perfectly. I'm glad I bought them and am keeping them.
