Review on Fujifilm Instax Mini 9 Instant Camera - Purple/Pink (Renewed) by Delos Montano

I am really very sad to write a bad review. I bought this product and when it arrived I tried it with films that I also bought from Amazon but from a different seller. All images are black. After reading a lot of people's articles on the Internet, I tried everything: I changed the batteries, tried a different film, shot in very bright conditions. but nothing works. At first I thought the film was the problem, but when I got home I tried them out on my Instax mini 8 and they worked great. I understand that the camera is defective. I emailed Amazon immediately and they gave me a seller email to find the solution they bought, they even NEVER replied to me. I am writing a bad review here! I know this doesn't get my camera to work, but I hope it helps someone else.
