My biggest issues are sizing, which seems a bit off, even measurements wise. I'd recommend buying a size or two up. My dog is happier about his bed than I am though so I guess that's a win in my book anyway. It is very soft, the bumpers/sides stay in their upright shape well and don't sag or flatten out despite my dog laying his head on it to sleep & the bottom is thick & cushy as well. I don't love that the bed sheds a bit but it seems to come with just about anything made from this type of material. It's not the easiest to clean either but vacuuming it seems to work the best. Overall not disappointed for the money spent & how much the dog loves it.
