I needed a pair of gloves that I could use for firing pottery that wasn't huge and bulky and I really needed to have some control when wearing them. They fit perfectly and I have great control! Much better than Amazon's $15 blue best-sellers, which are so big I joked I could almost stick my head in one of these (not a huge exaggeration, sorry) - I've gotten these for each of my friends who drop by or observe the process of cancer (they do not require special control). I was a little hesitant to purchase given some of the fit issues in the reviews. I have long, slender arms, and in the world of women's nitrile gardening gloves (which I'm quick to pick up on), I also wear medium sized ones. For reference, my palm is 7 inches in circumference when flattened and my middle finger is exactly 3 inches long and my total palm from the crook of my arm to the tip of my middle finger is 7.25 inches. They were also very helpful when I repotted the cactus. lately as they are a lot thicker than my leather gardening gloves.
