This laptop was sourced from Computer Upgrade King. There is a big disclaimer in there telling you not to send it back to Lenovo and now I see why. The software was corrupted and the menu jumped up and down. I emailed Computer Upgrade King and three days later they let me know they could fix it for me. I'm not interested in fixing a new laptop! I went through Revain and they suggested I contact Lenovo directly. When I did this, I gave them the serial number of the laptop. What I received was NOT a new laptop and it only had a few months of warranty left! A Lenovo customer service representative said it was most likely refurbished and will be sold as new. I'm thankful I wasn't more addicted than the returned laptop! I heard Lenovo is a great brand, just buy it from someone else!
