I have redesigned some designer lights by replacing 24 inch fluorescent tubes with warm dimming LED strips. The main problem is that the Muzata silicone filters the desired light from the LED. a strip that makes the light look TOO YELLOW you can see in the photo with and without silicone, I used high color rendering index (95+) 1800-3000K strips cut from the same batch and roll: LEFT SIDE is a bare strip Shows an excellent 3000K white, CENTER is 3000K with silicone coating and shows more yellow (MUCH MORE YELLOW in real life compared to the photo), RIGHT is the etched glass light cover. Otherwise the USC2 round tube is amazing as well they diffused and diffused led strip. evenly (I used 2 strips facing each other at 90 degrees per light). Simply insert 10mm LED strips into 24" tubes.
