Headphones paired with Bluetooth on my phone (Kyocera), all good, but when I downloaded Google's NIA Connect app I kept getting an error message saying Bluetooth was turned off, even after one restart the phone? God the headphones say they are connected and the audio is redirected from my phone to the headphones. So the NIA app must really suck! OK, that's a problem! I can't connect to a radio station or use my MP3 player without an app running and the instructions don't include support numbers to call or troubleshooting guides? Guess where the headphones went? End of the story!
