First they sent me this item wrapped in clear packing tape, there is no label or packaging on the product. I don't know if it's sold that way or if they sent me a returned item, I'm guessing it's the latter. Rough. Second, I don't know why anyone would claim this thing works, it just hurts. I lay on it for 15 minutes before finally giving in to the pain and getting up. My back pain was still there and even a little more painful, my lower back hurt and it didn't help at all, most of the pressure was in the upper back and it wasn't comfortable at all. I think if you have lower back pain this thing is not going to help you at all.
