Not many microphones have a gain control. * Includes microphone and lavalier microphone. * The distance between microphone and receiver has been tested at approximately 60 feet. Works very well. * True stereo when using both microphones. * Works with any application that supports external microphones through the audio port. Things I experienced: The receiver let some noise through my computer's speakers. Not a big deal since I wouldn't use them around them anyway. Microphone boxes pick up sound when you hold it in your hand, rather than wearing it. It would be nice if they included an iPhone adapter to connect. They contain many TRS connectors for different cameras. Note: The manufacturer reimbursed me for the microphone for the video/review. I like the microphone. I've done others where I've returned gear I didn't like and said so.
