Well...I know they say the light doesn't come on when another light is on which is quite understandable BUT I would still expect movement Detection work when the light is in automatic mode. I put them in a closet with a lightbulb that gives very little light. The light does not fall on the clothes hanging on the bottom shelf because it is blocked by all the clothes hanging on the top shelf. So I attached these lights to the bottom post and set them to automatic for motion detection...or so I thought. When I go into the closet and turn on the main light, which is dim and not shining on the bottom shelf, these lights sense a tiny light coming through them and don't turn on. So I was like oh man come on it's gonna be alright I just wave my hand in front of them and they keep walking. No, they don't glow until a very dim light is turned off. 🤷‍♀️Which seems a bit overdue...don't most people buy them to "ADD" the light they already have?
