As I mentioned before, despite the fact that wine can breathe, it's difficult to pour wine without spilling it. Up to the last 5% or so, after that pouring out without spilling is almost impossible. But my biggest objection is a very fragile lip. As another person commented, the front of the lip tends to chip off. My first one broke almost immediately and I sent it back to Revain for a refund. Stupidly ordered another one. Which is now broken off again after very little use and also very carefully. But since I've been on vacation most of the time, I've already passed the return window. We bought an orange juice jug instead, it's cheaper, works just as well as a carafe, pours easily and isn't as fragile.
