I'm looking at this from the perspective of a rental unit. We always spend a few nights in a vacation rental before listing it. When renting a vacation home it's important to have things that look and feel high quality and the bathroom tends to disproportionately shape opinions. This is a high quality look. The flow limitation feature is a must as the lease is for an artesian well and water savings are vital. In that regard, I am almost certain that only the main setting will remain, ie outer thin nozzles that offer good coverage and pressure. I didn't think the other settings would be of any use to me personally, and I doubt renters would mess with the settings. Overall, as a basic shower head, this is really good for general use. If you were really expecting an excellent, soothing massage, diffuser or other environment, look elsewhere. We had no problems with installation or normal use.
