Not very well made, best in fascinators
Bought this for my daughter to wear to her homecoming yard (8th grade, she became queen π) and I had to attach hot glue and a bow, so she can wear it because it was loose when it arrived. If I had had time and hadn't sent the first hat back yet (because it was too big) I certainly wouldn't have sent the money back. Very cheaply made but, after I worked on it, worked well enough for one time use.
