Sensitive skin made me look for a shiny (non-sticky), taste and fragrance free and natural lip option. It arrived in my mailbox on a snowy day in Michigan. Thawing took several hours. At first I was concerned that I was receiving a bad product, but once thawed it worked great and it's a natural product so in very cold weather it should freeze a bit! There is no offending taste and so far I haven't had any lip irritation from using this balm. I don't use makeup every day but when I need some color this lip balm is excellent. I do not recommend this product as a lip protector when skiing or hiking. Instead, use it for lunch with a friend or for a job interview.
