Review on 🍽️ Sweese Porcelain Fluted Dinnerware Set - 156 002 by Gerald Hill

I am an avid Sweese fan. When I bought these cymbals in 2018 I was amazed by the quality (durable, perfect, lead-free and eco-friendly). I had no complaints at all. In fact, I consciously parted with my everyday plates because of the quality and only bought this brand. I spent a few hundred dollars on this brand and I've been happy! I probably have cymbals of all styles. However - a recent purchase of mine which I am happy to add to my collection, unfortunately there was a dent in the navy blue panel on inspection, very noticeable and obvious! Please see photo. Of course I am very disappointed. What was really disappointing is that I emailed them to their support team, they offered me a meager $9 discount (just kidding). I don't want a discount, I just want a replacement for the dinner party ASAP. For someone who has spent a few hundred dollars on "quality" plates, offering them a $9 discount is really insulting. I think I had high hopes for excellent customer service but unfortunately that was NOT the case. If I spend an average of $6 per plate, that's pretty expensive. I could go to Ikea and get $1 for a plate and if it's cracked or dented I can get a new one for the old one. I have no problem sending the deflector back, but haven't heard from them yet. Worst of all, I tried calling the site number (855) 997-7888 and no one answered. It rings a few times and then hangs up. Suzu's Tip: Please check the quality of your slabs before sending to customers! The price you are asking is not cheap for a set, and if you are asking this price, please let customer service be at par at least. --- Last Update --- Since I wrote this review, Sweese's manager has emailed me and sent me a new replacement kit. I actually only wanted a replacement for the damaged and defective part, but got a new set. I was skeptical at first but the new set arrived within 48 hours and I have carefully inspected each item. Each cymbal was exactly what I remember Sweese was: a high quality, durable and beautiful cymbal set. I'm so excited to be using this just in time for my birthday dinner. Can't wait to show this to my friends at the dinner party! Knowing that Sweese stands behind their product and quality makes me feel very comfortable buying more products from them. I have already bought another set! I can't wait to use it!
