This fits great and is a lot easier than bandaging your leg. A few years ago I pulled the groin on my right thigh, bandaged it, kept walking on it (I didn't know how bad it was at the time) and after a few weeks I could barely walk. Years went by before I could even use an elliptical trainer. A few weeks ago I developed groin and hip flexor pain while running down a mountain. I took a few days off, ordered these and put them on the next time I went outside (walk/run combo very short strides). The relief this brought was incredible! Without it I couldn't run more than a few steps, with it (as well as shorter distances, smaller hills and a much slower pace) I was able to run about 75% of my normal run. I'm on my feet all day at work so I wore it under my clothes and it was perfect. I stopped before doing any real damage but I have no doubt it would have been an issue without this prop. I have a big butt, so I get the inevitable butt lift (not as attractive as it sounds!). Wearing it under loose pants or over clothing is not as noticeable. My only issue is that the top leg strap sometimes tightens, but it's not worth knocking off the star.
