Very Happy Customer - I ordered this case and understand the old saw "you get what you pay for". The case arrived quickly and a small part of the frame around the iPad broke when I installed the case! I didn't freak out, I just explained my problem to the seller. They went out of their way to replace my item and got me a new one in no time. IMHO, integrity and commitment are at least as important to your customers as your products in the long run. I have my new case and it works well and I feel like a valued customer. 'Enough.
