Review on πŸ‘” Xhtang Ratchet Automatic Buckle Leather Men's Accessories: Premium Belts for Style and Function by Cary Clemons

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I really liked the belt but it broke after 22 months of use.

I LOVE this belt and wear it almost every day but recently it ripped. The rivets that attach the buckle to the clamp are broken (picture). I've had the belt for 22 months now so I've been using it for almost 2 years. I've never had a belt break, so I'm not sure if I should feel like I got my money's worth or if this indicates poor belt quality. If you had asked me a few weeks ago before it broke you would have said the quality is top notch. Maybe I got a broken one or did something to loosen the rivets but wanted to write a review in case others are having this issue. Pros: I liked the way the strap and buckle looked (especially the buckle) and it was extremely easy to size and use. It was one of my first slip or click straps and I haven't been able to go back to a regular strap since. some people. It wasn't a problem for me, but I noticed it when I switched between this brand and another, thinner one. And of course the biggest minus - my favorite strap broke. I have a few more belts from this brand so we'll see how they hold up. Unfortunately, I didn't wear them as often as was my favorite. So I can't give any further information on the quality or determine if it was just an accident. If you've looked at this brand and the price is right, it's probably worth buying. Maybe I got a defective one or I did something that caused the rivets to loosen and eventually break, but I'll see how well the other belts I've bought from this brand hold up before then i will buy more.
