Fits smaller projectors

This is a solid unit - solid metal construction with large nuts and bolts. Goes together well and once dressed well and properly seems like it will hold the position for a long time. The Bad: - It was supposed to come with 4 pucks (one for each leg) of 4 different sizes, instead it only had one puck. It was a brand new box and all items were in sealed plastic bags so it must have been a manufacturing defect. Contains four long (4") and four short (2") staples. The middle base is 4 inches in diameter. Thus, the maximum distance between mounting holes is approximately 11 inches (4 + 4 + 4 minus bolt overlap). But the product is advertised with a maximum reach of 13.81 inches. How is that possible? Well, the included instructions ask you to match short and long staples to increase your reach. It's possible, but it makes the hand weaker and I didn't feel safe hanging my expensive projector on it. - There were no bolts/screws in my box to attach it to the ceiling. I'm not sure if this is a mistake (like the washers above) or the model comes without mounting hardware. In summary, if you have a smaller projector with mounting holes spaced 11 inches or closer, this mount is for you. But if you have a larger projector (like me) consider other options like the very similar Mustang low-profile projector mount or the universal eHotCafe projector mount in the same price range. Buying from a third party is risky if you get one with missing hardware. Wait for Revan. When I called about the missing parts they said I could return them or buy the missing parts at a local hardware store and they would refund me. I decided to return it and buy another model that fits my projector exactly. It's hard to expect the same level of service from a third party.
