Poor quality, the best in my rating
My grandson was so excited to get these boots and it was raining the day they arrived so he wanted to put them on straight away but one of the boots didn't have a light.
I was so disappointed with what I spent on them but I couldn't send them back because he was so excited to wear them. I think before you pack them for shipping they should be tested to make sure they work.

- Arrived with dirt on the bottom and tread. The inner label came off during test wear. Good books but not great service.
