Review on Homemade Japanese Plastic Rolling Kitchen Tool by Mark Jefferson

Can't recommend highly enough! I recommend them to all my sushi loving friends and even bought them as a gift for my sister. My family loves making sushi and for years we have been using a bamboo roller and it is very difficult to clean and after a while it starts to crumble and I have to buy another one. This one is plastic and awesome! It cleans up so easily and most of this stuff doesn't stick to it like my bamboo does. I can make my own fat buns and I like this one because I prefer upside down buns and my rice doesn't stick. I've made regular buns and haven't had any problems with rolling or sticking so far. I will keep recommending them because they are truly amazing, look no further and just buy them!
