Not soft like most shirts of this type. Rough and prickly.
The shirt fits great and the logo looks great. At the same time, the shirt is not soft, but rather stiff and prickly. It might get better after a few washes, but I was expecting something softer from day one. If I had known it was that heavy I wouldn't have bought it. Now I have to wash them a few times with fabric softener before I want to wear them.
