A normal product, but they wanted more for the money.
After more than three years of consistent use, it suddenly became unresponsive (showing the message Err) and would not turn on at all. The casing warmed up to forty dishes, which did not surprise me in the least; but, for a gadget of this class (and brand), even taking twenty thousand will require returning to a tried-and-true manufacturer.
