The only 'good' items in this pack are gloves and alcohol wipes, but you only get two pairs of gloves and a cleaning bag. The needles are sharp but NOT big enough. I had no problem piercing the septum, but the needle wasn't big enough to insert the decoration, which was the purpose of the votive pins. As a result, I pierced my septum FOUR times and attempted to smuggle jewelry, none of the attempts were successful. (Total user error so keep trying) Jewelry: I ordered another large package of votive pins and was able to secure the jewelry from that package. However, balls are almost impossible to reach. Once put on, they fall off very easily. Clamps - I have a big nose and even these were too big. The pinch hurts more than the puncture itself, and it's so big it's hard to hear over your noise without feeling what's going on. TLDR: Don't buy them - buy a large pack of needles of different sizes and a jewelry set separately. Do not pierce the septum 4 times in one night. But if you do, take lots of photos. Blood is great for hardcore/emo/electronic girl aesthetics.@Meg.ttf
