Heavy but effective
I love that this shoe connects to my MapMyRun app on my phone. The cadence is a bit off but within reach to cut my time. I improved my mileage by 20 seconds per mile just using this app. But the shoes are very heavy. This increases their stability, but also makes walking more difficult. I still love them for use with treadmills or road running but not for sprinting/high intensity workouts.
