This is pretty standard wrapping paper in terms of thickness and tear strength. A nice feature is that there are light markings on the back at about 1 inch intervals to help you trim. I'm not sure what Revain meant when they asked me to rate "warmth". Is it literal (I think if you burn it you get heat - very low insulating property) or figuratively (based on the design) Anyway I'll skip the heat rating.
